Senior EDI Business Analyst
Lead customer EDI integration projects for DSV, from initial analysis through delivery and hypercare. Develop interfaces, specifications, and solutions for transport and logistics workflows.
Descriere
- Lead customer integration projects from initial analysis through CINTO project stages and hypercare
- Manage project scope and quality to deliver solutions by agreed deadlines
- Deliver complex integrations and major EDI projects on schedule and within budget
- Assess customer requirements and prepare technical specifications
- Estimate the effort required for new solutions
- Build or modify complex interfaces from standard solutions and validate them with test scenarios
- Prepare detailed specifications and documentation based on operational procedures
- Keep stakeholders informed through timely, efficient, proactive communication
- Help identify opportunities for cooperation between the business and the EDI department
- Help team members develop their potential
- Support ISO 9001 and organizational quality, health, safety, and environmental objectives
- Comply with internal rules and procedures, applicable laws, managers’ instructions, and the DSV Code of Conduct
- Promote sustainability and responsible practices for health, safety, and the environment
Cerințe
- A computer science or related technical qualification is preferred but not required
- At least three years of experience in EDI integration
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as EDIFACT or ANSI X12
- Strong knowledge of XML
- Extensive experience delivering IT projects using Agile methods
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, or HTTP
- Good spoken and written English
- Extensive expertise in EDI standards, especially UN/EDIFACT and ANSI X12
- In-depth knowledge of API, FTP, SFTP, and AS2 protocols, including hands-on implementation experience
- Advanced proficiency in XML and XPath
- Broad understanding of EDI transactions in the transport sector
- Availability to work regular hours and additional hours when business needs require
- Occasional travel may be required
