Senior Data Analyst, Business Performance – LCA Viagens & Eventos (São Paulo Hybrid)
Turn commercial, financial, and operational data into business insights for LCA Viagens & Eventos. Build dashboards, automate analyses, and recommend actions that improve profitability and efficiency.
Descriere
- Gather, organize, and reconcile data from multiple systems and sources
- Maintain the quality, consistency, and reliability of analytical data
- Evaluate revenue, margins, costs, productivity, and profitability metrics
- Detect trends, variances, and opportunities to improve performance
- Prepare analyses, forecasts, and simulations for strategic decisions
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leaders and business teams
- Track the execution and outcomes of recommended initiatives
- Automate recurring analyses and reporting workflows
- Create and maintain dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations
- Evaluate enhancements to data-generation and analytical tools
- Research and recommend solutions and vendors that strengthen data intelligence capabilities
- Report to the Director of Technology, Systems, and Support
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and leadership teams
- Provide strategic, consultative guidance by proposing improvements and following through on implementation
- Help improve the company’s tools, processes, and performance measures
Cerințe
- Background in business-oriented data analysis
- Advanced proficiency with Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and reconciling databases
- Experience processing, validating, and interpreting data
- Understanding of financial and operational performance metrics
- Ability to convert analysis into practical decision-making recommendations
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Experience with Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or comparable tools is preferred
- Knowledge of automation and systems integration is preferred
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and API integrations is preferred
- Experience in services, corporate travel, or events organizations is preferred
- Experience with pricing, profitability, customer portfolios, or operational efficiency is preferred
