Senior Contract Manager, Warehouse Real Estate
Manage warehouse leases, real estate transactions, and facility services for DSV in Seoul. Lead site assessments, negotiations, compliance, and facility start-ups.
Descriere
- Assess warehouse sites for business fit, space, cost, access, technical needs, and operational feasibility.
- Coordinate commercial and technical due diligence, including building, fire safety, electrical, zoning, health and safety, and permit reviews.
- Check warehouse specifications such as ceiling height, floor loading, docks, power capacity, fire protection, and vehicle access.
- Lead lease acquisitions, commercial assessments, contract negotiations and reviews, and investment approvals for new warehouse locations.
- Coordinate landlords, brokers, legal advisers, authorities, designers, contractors, and vendors through permitting, fit-out, relocation, and facility start-up.
- Oversee leases, facility services, maintenance contracts, budgets, compliance, and business continuity across operating sites.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- At least seven years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with project steering and financial reporting.
- Management experience.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of project management, continuous improvement, planning, and work organization.
- Interpersonal and communication skills for negotiation, persuasion, influence, and virtual collaboration.
- Knowledge of facility management, real estate transactions, and construction and building technologies.
