Descriere

  • Create, test and release end-to-end software across user interfaces, application logic, data and integration layers
  • Own assigned applications and projects from requirements discovery through delivery, handover and ongoing support
  • Develop and improve .NET applications, ERP and business systems, low-code solutions and SharePoint implementations
  • Build and support APIs and integrations connecting internal applications, cloud services, customers and external providers
  • Work with business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions and validate the expected business outcomes
  • Protect the reliability of critical business applications through analysis, troubleshooting, performance optimisation and third-level support
  • Maintain and modernise existing and legacy applications
  • Apply development standards through maintainable code, peer reviews and up-to-date solution documentation
  • Guide, coach and mentor less experienced developers
  • Encourage effective use of contemporary development tools, including AI-assisted development software
  • Complete deliverables within agreed project schedules and service level agreements
  • Track and communicate progress, risks and issues
  • Partner with IT teams, business leaders, stakeholders, end users, software vendors, implementation partners, consultants, contract developers, customers and suppliers

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience
  • At least five years of commercial software development experience, including full-stack solution delivery
  • Advanced C# and .NET development capabilities with experience in front-end web development
  • Strong SQL capability and a solid grasp of relational database design
  • Proven experience designing and implementing APIs and system integrations
  • Experience designing, extending and integrating ERP or comparable enterprise business systems, including customisations, extensions and reporting
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint and Azure, or comparable cloud services
  • Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools in everyday software delivery
  • Ability to work independently, take solution ownership and meet project schedules and service level agreements
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical subjects to non-technical audiences
  • Australian working rights and the ability to complete any required pre-employment checks
  • Experience with a mid-market ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, SAP Business One, NetSuite or a similar platform, or willingness to learn one
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with Azure services, including data integration and messaging tools
  • Experience embedding AI or large language model capabilities in business applications
  • Familiarity with EDI and retail or supply chain integrations
  • Experience in food, FMCG, agriculture or supply chain sectors
