Lead brand design for Salesforce’s AI CRM across campaigns, identity, digital, social, events, and experiential work. Build design systems and present creative strategy to cross-functional partners and leadership.
Descriere
- Create and deliver polished creative for marketing materials, brand identity, digital and social channels, events, and experiential applications.
- Partner with marketing, creative, production, and related teams to protect brand consistency and strengthen messaging.
- Use modern tools, including AI, to improve creative workflows and storytelling.
- Lead campaigns and projects while managing deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Present creative work and its supporting narrative and strategy to creative teams and leadership.
- Give and receive creative feedback with openness and professionalism.
- Refine work with close attention to detail while coordinating complex notes and feedback.
- Build and advance Salesforce design toolkits and systems that support consistent, high-quality work across teams.
- Work with cross-functional partners to produce cohesive messaging aligned with Salesforce’s brand strategy.
Cerințe
- At least five years of design experience creating creative solutions for leading consumer brands.
- Experience in the technology industry is advantageous.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating broad brand design and visual design experience.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools and methods for creative development, content creation, and optimization.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro, and Google Suite.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- A thorough understanding of the enterprise technology landscape.
