Descriere

  • Build autonomous inbox agents that respond to incoming ticket events.
  • Create agent templates and set rules for handing conversations to human staff.
  • Design system prompts, agent skills, and tool use for domain-specific tasks.
  • Improve knowledge base search and explore ways for AI systems to learn.
  • Develop voice agents using LiveKit.
  • Choose suitable language models for different tasks.
  • Reduce response times with caching and streaming.
  • Build reliable retry handling for provider outages.
  • Manage context and improve retrieval-augmented generation search.
  • Monitor usage across providers, control costs, and run evaluations.
  • Build with TypeScript, Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, the Vercel AI SDK, and the Convex Agent Component.

Cerințe

  • Communicate fluently in English and German.
  • Have more than two years of experience building production-ready agents.
  • Bring an AI-native approach, with agentic features deployed and used by real users.
  • Have strong views on retrieval, evaluation, tool design, and the limits of today’s leading models.
  • Be a hands-on builder willing to ship quick, rough first versions.
  • Keep up with new AI models and research.
  • Use AI to write almost all code.
  • Work autonomously and take full ownership.
  • Perform effectively under pressure.
  • Learn quickly and bring a generalist mindset.
  • Be willing to use a TypeScript-based stack; prior experience with the current stack is not required.
