Lead a multidisciplinary squad at CI&T using agentic software development and AI to improve software delivery. Coordinate processes, metrics, and collaboration to create measurable client impact.
Descriere
- Direct a multidisciplinary squad, keeping execution on track and objectives within reach.
- Build strong communication and productive collaboration across the team.
- Coach the squad in agile practices while promoting continuous improvement.
- Deliver technically excellent, high-impact solutions that reflect client needs.
- Coordinate daily work, priorities, dependencies, and the flow of delivery.
- Help embed AI across the development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
- Evaluate and refine processes and ceremonies by removing obsolete steps and redesigning workflows with AI.
- Track and explain how transformations affect throughput, quality, and delivery predictability.
Cerințe
- Proven leadership experience in agile settings, ideally involving product development or systems integration.
- Working knowledge of agile frameworks and methods, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience running and facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Trello.
- Practical experience working with AI technologies.
- Ability to use AI to reshape team processes, improve productivity, and produce measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills for finding bottlenecks, anticipating risks, and applying effective solutions.
- Agile methodology or team leadership certifications are advantageous.
- Experience leading AI-supported development programs or agentic workflows is advantageous.
