Descriere

  • Improve existing LangChain and LangGraph agents from system design through implementation.
  • Create tools for clinic operations and connect them to APIs and WhatsApp.
  • Keep workflows dependable with conversation state, queues, retries, and failure handling.
  • Track agent quality, cost, and response times through evaluations, logs, and metrics.
  • Guide the team on AI engineering and work with Product to plan delivery.
  • Develop agents that handle practical tasks and communicate with patients and staff on WhatsApp.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated production experience with Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
  • Experience with LangChain and LangGraph or another agent framework, with readiness to use LangGraph.
  • Experience integrating LLMs into deployed applications, including tool use, structured outputs, and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience with automated testing using Pytest and sound engineering practices such as Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with asynchronous workloads, such as queues, webhooks, or messaging systems.
  • Experience evaluating LLMs and using tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith.
  • Experience with the WhatsApp Cloud API or an official Business Solution Provider.
  • Experience with Docker and AWS services such as ECS/Fargate, SQS, or Bedrock.
  • Knowledge of LLM application security, including prompt injection and data exposure, and familiarity with Brazil’s LGPD.
  • Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical environments.
  • A sense of ownership and initiative to address problems beyond the code.
  • Willingness to teach, learn, and ask for help.
  • Pragmatism in balancing speed and quality in a fast-changing field.
