Senior Accountant, Remote (United States)
Lead global financial reporting, revenue recognition, audit support, and GAAP compliance at DTiQ, an intelligent video surveillance company. Support accounting across the company’s worldwide customer and business operations.
Descriere
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and consolidated financial reports for global operations.
- Coordinate with colleagues to complete reporting accurately and on schedule.
- Research complex accounting matters and advise on revenue recognition, collaborations, fixed assets, impairment, financing, stock compensation, intercompany balances, and acquisitions.
- Manage revenue recognition and accounts receivable reserves.
- Oversee accounting and reconciliations for debt, leases, and equity plans.
- Set and maintain accounting policies and ensure the company follows them.
- Support the annual financial statement audit, coordinating subject matter experts and working with the external audit firm.
- Oversee GAAP adjustments, track changes to accounting standards, and implement best practices.
- Review commission calculations and accruals.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- CPA certification.
- Two to three years of experience; SaaS experience is preferred.
- Experience with global operations.
- NetSuite experience is preferred.
