Lead full-cycle sales for hurra.com’s performance marketing, technology, and AI solutions while winning DACH clients remotely worldwide. Build new market opportunities and advise customers on growth, CAC, CPA, ROAS, scaling, and tracking.
Descriere
- Acquire new customers across the DACH region.
- Contribute to the company’s gradual expansion into international markets.
- Own the complete sales process from initial outreach to contract close.
- Guide customers on growth, CAC, CPA, ROAS, scaling, and tracking.
- Create tailored solutions that address each customer’s business goals.
- Position performance marketing solutions effectively in the market.
- Spot emerging customer needs and revenue opportunities at an early stage.
- Work with colleagues to shape strategies and processes for new markets and customer segments.
Cerințe
- Communicate confidently in both German and English.
- Bring prior sales experience.
- Work independently and demonstrate the ability to close deals.
- Understand digital business models and performance marketing.
- Ideally, be familiar with customer KPIs such as CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Work comfortably in data-driven environments.
- Have experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Recognize market opportunities early and present new solutions persuasively to customers.
