Remote Business Consultant
Lead complex projects, business analysis, and testing for SouthState Bank while coordinating cross-functional teams and business partners. This full-time remote role is open to candidates in select U.S. states.
Descriere
- Direct projects and coordinate business analysis work.
- Oversee testing activities and coordinate testing teams.
- Manage business relationships and act as the main project contact for business partners.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams, coordinating the people and resources they need.
- Plan, develop, test, and implement assigned projects and related work.
- Guide and monitor projects throughout their full lifecycle.
- Build consulting expertise and skills relevant to the business line.
- Engage stakeholders and lead strategies for organizational and operational change.
- Prepare project task lists, requirements documents, gap analyses, testing matrices, and process flows.
- Assess current processes and design approaches for future operations.
- Set project roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Oversee projects of varying complexity and their related activities.
- Prepare financial forecasts and reconcile project spending and resources.
- Work with business leads to develop cases outlining problems, solutions, costs, and benefits.
- Record business requirements, impact assessments, and communications.

- Project management certifications such as PgMP, PMP, CSM, or ACP preferred.
- Business analysis certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP preferred.
- Complete new employee orientation and other training assigned by the Director of Enterprise Execution.
- Complete required annual compliance training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.
