Descriere

Generate new business across Breda and nearby areas.
Visit local companies and build lasting client relationships.
Identify market opportunities and turn them into confirmed assignments.
Expand the regional business network.
Advise clients on temporary staffing, recruitment and selection, and workforce needs.
Work closely with recruiters and consultants to find strong candidate-client matches.
Track market developments and turn opportunities into commercial activity.
Manage accounts and grow existing client relationships.
Strengthen SD Worx Jobs’ presence in Breda, Etten-Leur, Oosterhout, Roosendaal, Zevenbergen and surrounding areas.

Cerințe

Have higher professional education level working and thinking skills.
Bring experience in staffing or recruitment services.
Have demonstrable sales and new business development experience.
Know the Breda region or have a relevant local network.
Communicate confidently with stakeholders at different levels.
Hold a category B driving licence.
Be available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
