On-Site Merchandiser and Order Writer – Clarksville, TN
Represent Mondelēz in Clarksville-area stores by stocking and promoting Oreo, Ritz, and other snack products. Manage orders, displays, store relationships, and product availability.
Descriere
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with a professional, positive approach and commitment to high standards
- Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers as the company’s in-store representative
- Complete daily store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence standards, including photographing displays through DMI
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with receivers, store managers, and other store employees
- Place product orders on an iPad through Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked
- Set up promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated merchandising plans
- Work according to the RTM’s daily schedule and priorities
- Assist with seasonal programs, new product introductions, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store-level observations, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management
- Lift, bend, move, and stock products from back rooms onto store floors
Cerințe
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Bring a positive, professional attitude and the self-motivation to work independently
- Use a personally owned vehicle with valid insurance to travel between store locations
- Able to perform demanding work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to complete required physical tasks, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying loads of up to 25 pounds
- Able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds
- Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Reside within 25–35 miles of the primary Clarksville, Tennessee location
- Available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Available to start work at 7:00 a.m.
