Create branded motion graphics and animations for Caesars Entertainment’s in-house creative agency. Produce digital, social, video, and on-property experiences while exploring AI-enabled creative workflows.
Descriere
- Convert creative concepts and static artwork into engaging motion experiences and animations
- Carry out direction from the Associate Creative Director of Motion and other creative leaders
- Partner with designers and art directors to refine, expand, and strengthen creative ideas
- Create motion graphics for digital advertising, paid social, video, websites, email campaigns, and on-property displays
- Use timing, hierarchy, composition, typography, and visual storytelling to guide motion work
- Turn campaign ideas and visual systems into motion across channels, formats, and screen sizes
- Preserve brand consistency while making creative work more dynamic and compelling
- Deliver technically accurate, production-ready assets for varied platforms and channels
- Oversee multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Respond to feedback, changing priorities, and evolving business requirements
- Keep project files organized and follow established production processes and creative standards
- Evaluate AI tools and emerging technologies for ideation, asset creation, animation, and production
- Keep pace with motion-design trends, best practices, software updates, and creative technologies
- Find ways to improve team efficiency through automation, AI solutions, and evolving workflows
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion design, animation, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Professional background in motion design, animation, multimedia design, or a related creative field
- Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing advanced motion-design work and creative problem-solving
- Advanced command of Adobe After Effects
- Ability to combine 3D graphics with 2D design
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Strong knowledge of composition, typography, hierarchy, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling in motion design
- Ability to work within established creative systems and brand guidelines
- Strong organizational, communication, and project-management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong creative judgment and visual problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and develop existing creative concepts
