Represent Mondelēz in Macon-area stores by stocking Oreo, Ritz, and other products. Manage orders, displays, store relationships, and promotional execution.
Descriere
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with a professional, positive approach and commitment to quality
- Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers as the company’s in-store representative
- Complete daily store visits under Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence standards and capture display photos through DMI
- Develop relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked
- Install promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated store plans
- Work according to the RTM’s daily schedules and priorities
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store-level observations, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Move products from stock rooms to sales floors and perform shelf-stocking and other physical merchandising duties
Cerințe
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Work independently with self-motivation
- Use a personal vehicle with valid insurance to travel among store locations
- Perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
- Repeatedly lift, bend, and carry loads weighing up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally push and pull loads exceeding 50 pounds
- Previous retail or grocery experience is advantageous
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Macon, Georgia
- Be available to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday
