- Lead motion-graphics design and animation for campaigns, product explainers, social channels, and digital ads.
- Build storyboards, frames, and animation sequences that support brand objectives.
- Ensure consistent visual design and technical quality across brand touchpoints and motion deliverables.
- Raise creative quality through experimentation, art direction, and visual storytelling.
- Turn creative briefs into bold, brand-aligned visuals designed to support conversion.
- Work closely with content, video, and performance marketing teams.

Cerințe
- Bring 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content.
- Provide a strong portfolio showing clean execution, storytelling, and design leadership.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion-design tools proficiently.
- Have experience with, or a demonstrated interest in, AI tools for concept development and production.
- Demonstrate a strong command of layout, composition, and visual consistency.
- Work quickly, iterate efficiently, and deliver to demanding deadlines.
- Experience mentoring designers is advantageous.
- Have created short-form advertisements or commercial visual assets.
