Descriere
- Oversee the administrative and financial management of fixed-line and mobile telephony services
- Track the partner’s performance in invoice payments and service delivery
- Verify adherence to active supplier contracts
- Investigate billing discrepancies, unauthorized charges, and opportunities to reduce costs
- Coordinate supplier negotiations, discussions, and issue resolution
- Improve telecommunications management through automation, simpler workflows, and stronger controls
- Maintain inventories of telephone lines and devices
- Assist the outsourced team handling device distribution and corporate and store support
- Manage corporate mobile telephony, Facilities, and other high-volume recurring services, including invoice review, validation, supplier management, and negotiations
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAP; familiarity with AI for administrative tasks and Power BI is preferred
- Preferred: experience using AI in administrative routines and knowledge of Power BI
