Marketing and Events Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract) – Greentank Technologies
Coordinate Greentank Technologies’ trade shows, conferences, and industry events, from logistics and travel to vendor and budget tracking. The role also supports marketing assets, event research, and industry award submissions.
Descriere
- Prepare materials and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and industry activations, including packing, tracking, and unpacking displays and marketing collateral.
- Travel to events to oversee booth setup and teardown, manage storage, capture leads, and assist clients while representing the brand.
- Coordinate shipping, freight, and storage with vendors to ensure event materials arrive on time.
- Arrange team travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Keep event budgets and schedules current.
- Research competitors and assess industry events for potential attendance or sponsorship.
- Collect and organize marketing materials, including client testimonials and case studies, and coordinate photography and video.
- Track event-material inventory and help internal teams organize files and fulfil asset requests.
- Identify relevant industry awards and coordinate applications, collecting the required documents and materials.
Cerințe
- Currently pursuing or holding a post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent education and experience, in communications, marketing, media, or event planning.
- Valid passport for travel to the United States and Europe.
