Administer Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Fabric platforms for Nokia in a hybrid Bangalore role. Support cloud operations, governance, security, automation, and Entra identity solutions.
Descriere
- Support the day-to-day operation and administration of cloud applications
- Improve and automate systems already in production
- Deploy new tools and Microsoft 365 capabilities
- Monitor incidents and diagnose operational issues
- Assess emerging technologies for potential IT adoption
- Build and maintain Microsoft 365 security capabilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 application management interfaces
- Maintain and deploy third-party tools, including IAM and project planning software
- Help plan, develop, and implement Entra Identity and Access Management solutions
- Provide technical support for project-related challenges
- Deliver L2 and L3 incident support
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
- At least seven years of experience administering Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI Service and Microsoft Fabric governance, administration, and operations
- Track record of leading Power BI-to-Microsoft Fabric migration initiatives
- Thorough knowledge of Fabric capacities, licensing, capacity planning, monitoring, and optimization
- Practical experience managing on-premises data gateways and connectivity solutions
- Knowledge of Power BI tenant administration, security, workspace governance, and lifecycle management
- Experience using PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation
- Background in L3 support, incident management, and operational excellence
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams
- Experience administering and governing Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence and environment management
- Dataverse administration and security knowledge is desirable
- Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, or Azure certifications are desirable
- Experience with large-scale enterprise analytics platforms and governance is desirable
