Legal Intern at green4T – São Paulo Hybrid
Support green4T’s Legal Department with litigation monitoring, legal controls, and coordination with external law firms. This hybrid internship is based in São Paulo and focuses on corporate legal and administrative activities.
Descriere
- Track judicial and administrative proceedings
- Maintain legal systems and internal control records
- Coordinate communications with external law firms
- Track deadlines and required procedural actions
- Organize legal documentation
- Create reports and spreadsheets
- Manage payments for court costs, fees, judicial deposits, legal fees, and other proceeding-related expenses
- Review invoices and supporting documents submitted by law firms
- Assist with the Legal Department’s routine activities
- Complete other administrative and legal duties appropriate to the internship under the supervision of the responsible attorney
Cerințe
- Currently pursuing a Law degree and enrolled from the sixth semester onward
- Previous legal internship experience, including completion of at least one prior internship
- Interest in and familiarity with corporate litigation procedures
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
