Junior Compliance Operations Specialist - EY Remote in Poland
Junior compliance operations specialist at EY, supporting tax and accounting services. Prepares returns, reports, and analyses for clients.
Descriere
- Prepare VAT and/or CIT tax returns and Intrastat reports
- Support clients during tax verification activities and audits
- Participate in tax reviews
- Identify and recommend improvements to supported processes
- Help establish new tax and accounting processes, including data sources and EY or client ERP systems
- Participate in client projects involving accounting data reviews and tax analysis of transactions
- Assist with accounting and tax reporting, including financial statements and reporting to Poland’s National Bank and Central Statistical Office
- Communicate regularly with clients to deliver accounting and tax services
- Communicate regularly with tax authorities
- Use EY.AI tools to analyze regulations, interpretations, and data; automate processes; and create client documents and recommendations
Cerințe
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Conversational English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including calculations, tables, and basic formulas
- Commitment and accountability for assigned work and responsibilities
- Willingness to develop professionally
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with tax reporting is an advantage
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of tax matters is an advantage
- Experience maintaining accounting books in accordance with the Accounting Act is an advantage
- A higher education degree, preferably in finance or economics, is an advantage
- Additional training or completed courses are an advantage
- Experience in management accounting is an advantage
