Descriere
- Manage follow-ups with assigned customers
- Review data and produce daily order book reports
- Resolve and reconcile outstanding issues
- Coordinate with Production Planning and Control, Sales Administration, and Quality teams
- Monitor and report commercial performance metrics
- Respond to customer and distributor questions and requests
- Assess customer scenarios and data to inform decisions
- Create, finalize, and distribute reports, spreadsheets, documents, and presentations for management decisions
Cerințe
- A completed or ongoing degree in a field relevant to the role
- Knowledge of negotiation or a related certification
- Knowledge of information technology or a related certification
- Microsoft Office proficiency is an advantage
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
