- Build, maintain, and deploy services and features with thorough testing.
- Address customer problems through software development.
- Clarify project requirements and resolve ambiguity before implementation.
- Investigate complex user-reported issues and address their root causes.
- Recommend improvements to platform performance and usability.
- Break down stories and tasks, review code, and contribute to retrospectives.
- Keep leadership informed when work affects architecture, security, or objectives.

Cerințe
- At least 2 years of experience building web applications across front-end and back-end systems.
- Strong skills in C#, .NET Core and .NET 6/7/8, Web API, MVC, REST, design patterns, single-page applications, monolithic and microservices architectures, and Git.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and a front-end single-page application library such as Angular or React.
- Experience with persistent storage and ORMs, including SQL and/or NoSQL.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Agile experience, including Sprint or Kanban methods.
- An AI-first development approach with disciplined verification.
- Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering education, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Microsoft or AWS certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work hybrid from the downtown Toronto office 2–3 days per week.
