Installation Technician - Asheville, NC (Onsite)
Install and activate AT&T broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services in homes and businesses. Troubleshoot technology issues while providing dependable customer service at each location.
Descriere
- Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at residential and business locations
- Run new lines, climb ladders, and connect and activate Wi-Fi networks
- Work independently as a trusted technical expert at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve installation and technology issues
- Provide high-quality service that supports a strong customer experience
- Connect customers with AT&T network and technology services
Cerințe
- Maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Hold a valid state driver's license
- Lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
- Weigh under 325 pounds to meet ladder-safety requirements
- Work in confined spaces and at heights of up to 28 feet
- Be available for overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday shifts
- Identify wire and cable colors accurately
- Pass required pre-employment assessments
- Have a high school diploma or GED
