Descriere
- Code procedures according to hospital contracts.
- Review account records and system data.
- Prepare and submit hospital billing claims in line with medical requests.
- Check codes and procedures against medical orders and applicable regulations.
- Record delivered services on patient accounts.
- Track unresolved billing issues.
- Enter procedure and service codes into hospital accounts.
- Access hospital systems remotely through platforms such as MV, Tasy, and RM.
- Respond to requests from accounts receivable and collections.
- Request invoices.
- Coordinate with health insurance providers to authorize procedures through their portals.
- Transmit XML files to health insurance providers.
Cerințe
- Completed or ongoing bachelor’s studies in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience with hospital billing.
- Working knowledge of MV, Tasy, RM, or comparable systems.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to interpret medical orders.
- Strong organization and deadline management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of XML.
