Guidewire Architecture Advisor / Technical Lead – Remote Canada
Lead Guidewire architecture for Alithya’s insurance transformation initiatives in a remote Canada-based role. Shape scalable solutions across integrations, cloud migration, modernization, and technical delivery.
Descriere
- Design, refine, and govern solution architectures built on Guidewire
- Provide technical direction to development teams and support sound architecture decisions
- Convert business needs and architectural standards into secure, scalable, maintainable solutions
- Coach developers, review designs and code, and reinforce engineering best practices
- Establish integration approaches for internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and microservices
- Work with architecture advisors, business analysts, QA, operations, and technology partners
- Support application modernization, cloud migration, deployments, and ongoing application support
Cerințe
- Substantial experience in solution architecture or technical leadership within complex environments
- Practical expertise with at least one Guidewire module: PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter
- Working knowledge of Java and Gosu
- Experience configuring Guidewire and developing PCF pages, as applicable to the position
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP integrations, service-oriented architecture, and microservices
- Strong knowledge of the property and casualty insurance domain
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional proficiency in English
- Professional proficiency in French
- Guidewire Associate, Specialist, or ACE certification is an advantage
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud, Azure, or AWS is an advantage
