Full Stack Java Engineer (Remote, Ireland)
Build Java, React, and cloud-native applications for workforce management and customer experience. Develop scalable services and integrations, support CI/CD, and contribute to production operations at Miratech.
Descriere
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive, accessible web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Create and use REST APIs, maintaining OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and clear error handling.
- Design modular solutions with microservices, object-oriented, and event-driven patterns.
- Use Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, backend-for-frontend components, or development tools.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries, considering integrity, performance, and audit history.
- Build and support integrations through APIs, webhooks, messaging, and other patterns.
- Containerize applications and support cloud deployments, configuration, and consistent environments.
- Maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.
- Add structured logs, metrics, tracing, and useful error reporting to applications.
- Resolve functional and production issues and improve performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and engineering colleagues on design, reviews, planning, and continuous improvement.
Cerințe
- Bring at least five years of full-stack software development experience, including work on production applications.
- Have hands-on Java and Spring experience, especially with Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
- Have frontend experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
- Be familiar with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tools, or supporting components.
- Have experience building REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.
- Have strong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or a similar relational database.
- Have experience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.
- Communicate clearly, produce technical documentation, and take part in client-facing workshops.
- Know OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API design.
- Have experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging and event-streaming technologies.
- Be familiar with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tools, and secure software delivery practices.
- Experience with workforce management (WFM), customer experience (CX), contact center, or customer service solutions is a plus.
- Experience with AWS, Amazon Connect, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, or similar communication technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of workforce optimization and contact center operations, including forecasting, scheduling, routing, and adherence, is a plus.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with CRM, HR, identity, payroll, and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude is a plus.
