Descriere
- Structure and execute real estate financing transactions across assets, projects, and portfolios
- Enhance established financing structures and related processes
- Source appropriate financing partners
- Prepare and assess financing requests
- Review financing proposals and term sheets
- Provide recommendations to support financing decisions
- Direct loan agreement negotiations
- Coordinate work with banks, notaries, legal advisors, and internal teams
- Advance financial models, financing standards, and reporting frameworks
- Track compliance with contractual financial covenants
Cerințe
- A university degree in business administration, finance, real estate, or a comparable field
- At least three years of professional finance experience, preferably in real estate or project finance
- Sound knowledge of financing structures, relevant financial metrics, and commercial relationships
- Strong analytical capability
- An independent, organized, and solution-focused working style
- Confident communication with diverse stakeholders
- A collaborative approach across departments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools is advantageous
- Very strong German language skills
