Descriere

  • Gather and assess user input to define system scope and objectives that support business outcomes.
  • Record business processes and align them across business groups.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver training and keep application documentation current.
  • Create use cases, business scenarios, and demonstrations.
  • Organize and coordinate testing.
  • Assist end users with system issues.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Contribute to Intel’s supply chain transformation and its Windchill Equipment Configuration Management capabilities.
  • Connect equipment configuration and bill-of-material data with planning, master data, and enterprise systems.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least four years of experience with Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA, and the PTC product suite.
  • Experience managing data and systems, including importing and exporting data, supporting in-app business validations, and diagnosing data and configuration issues.
  • Strong customer communication skills for coordinating requirements, progress updates, and enhancements.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum and ITIL practices.
  • Experience with Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Experience creating and delivering training for end users.
  • Experience with system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and go-live support.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Preferred: Experience customizing ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, and actions or action models, plus understanding of bill-of-material (BOM) structures.
  • Preferred: Experience with ProjectLink.
  • Preferred: PTC Windchill Business Administration certification.
  • Preferred: Scrum certification.
