- Lead three feature teams with 12 software engineers in total
- Work with Product, Data & AI, and Design to balance business priorities with technical feasibility
- Support employee development and define the team’s people plan
- Drive delivery of the 2027 roadmaps
- Maintain data quality across a global system
- Introduce digital solutions for market intelligence, offer catalog management, product usage definition and co-creation
- Align technical decisions with Decathlon’s Offer Worldwide strategy
- Improve team performance and collaboration
