Descriere

  • Lead and develop engineers delivering GenAI and full-stack solutions
  • Direct complex technology initiatives, including enterprise-wide AI programs
  • Oversee the design and delivery of Agentic AI systems and automation workflows
  • Guide end-to-end full-stack development across user interfaces, APIs, and cloud platforms
  • Work with architects to align solutions with enterprise standards and best practices
  • Partner with product, business, and data science teams to turn requirements into solutions
  • Maintain delivery quality through CI/CD, testing, and observability practices
  • Coordinate resource allocation, project planning, and delivery schedules
  • Mentor and coach engineers, including supporting hiring and performance management
  • Ensure solutions meet security, risk, and regulatory requirements

Cerințe

  • At least five years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
  • At least two years of leadership experience
  • At least two years of full-stack development experience with Java, Node.js, or Python
  • At least one year of experience delivering cloud-native applications on GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • At least one year leading complex technology initiatives
  • At least one year managing engineering teams
  • At least one year of microservices development experience
  • Experience with GenAI, large language models, or conversational AI solutions
  • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent architectures
  • Exposure to retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation frameworks
  • Experience with contact center technologies or enterprise automation platforms
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems and API integrations
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional alignment
  • Ability to work on-site at an approved location
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position
