Descriere
- Track TikTok and Instagram Reels trends and algorithm changes
- Build a detailed understanding of each client’s brand, values, customer avatars, and requirements
- Create strategic, detailed briefs for content creators covering scripts, B-roll, and complete video concepts
- Source, evaluate, contact, and coordinate content creators for each project
- Assemble creator teams that match brand customer-avatar objectives and testing plans
- Explain project scope to prospective content creators
- Review submitted content and video ad variations for quality
- Give clear, constructive feedback on delivered content
- Communicate directly with clients when needed
- Support additional tasks assigned by the Product Manager
Cerințe
- Demonstrated experience producing engaging creative content for varied niches
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and algorithms, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Ability to identify customer-avatar pain points and develop strategies for different niches
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong presentation, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Able to plan ahead, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work promptly
- Reliable, accountable, and responsive in day-to-day work
- Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis
- Motivated by growth and measurable results
- Open to receiving and applying constructive feedback
- Previous remote-work experience is a significant advantage
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
- Available and responsive Monday through Friday from 3–6 PM BCN time
- Reliable internet access and a laptop or PC
- Able to participate in virtual video conferences
- Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication
