Descriere

  • Build analytical tools to generate market and product insights for the Vaccines Business Unit.
  • Assess current and future products, pricing, and volumes from Pfizer, customer, and competitor perspectives.
  • Identify trends and advise US Market Access and Vaccines Business Unit leaders with strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Create financial models and market analyses to inform contract strategy, product pricing, future investments, and internal governance.
  • Develop Power BI or Tableau tools that integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Work with Brand, Finance, Sales, and Contract Strategy leaders to monitor contracting and Operational Plan performance by brand and customer segment.
  • Build and maintain internal net acquisition cost models from provider and manufacturer perspectives.
  • Prepare analyses and recommendations for Product Development and Business Development decisions.
  • Use proprietary and public pharmaceutical data to inform financial modeling.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on financial analyses of provider access investments.
  • Apply advanced modeling methods to carry out market access strategies for US Market Access stakeholders.
  • Gather business-unit input to develop new solutions and improve existing models.
  • Maintain and update pre- and post-deal analytics, ASP tracking, and operational planning.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leaders in Finance, Brand, Contract Strategy, Sales, Product Development, and Business Development.
  • Ability to code in Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical tools to provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • In-depth knowledge of vaccine provider markets, third-party data, Pfizer’s Operational Plan, and vaccine manufacturer contracting.
  • Experience building and operating financial models in Microsoft Excel and web-based platforms.
  • Ability to inform key stakeholder decisions during governance processes.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, BusinessObjects, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: a master’s degree and at least 7 years of experience, a PhD and at least 5 years, or an MD and at least 4 years.
  • Previous experience in vaccine analytics or a role supporting vaccine promotion.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable now and in the future.
