Partner with Capita’s Technology Office on management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial controls. Use Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Copilot to improve reporting and cost visibility.
Descriere
- Partner with the Technology Office, bringing financial insight and decision support to business leaders.
- Lead management accounting, from month-end close and journals to reconciliations and P&L reviews.
- Create monthly reporting packs with variance analysis and commentary for finance and business stakeholders.
- Support budget, forecast, and planning cycles by consolidating inputs and checking assumptions.
- Work with stakeholders to oversee headcount, contractor, cloud, technology, project, and other major costs.
- Uphold financial controls and governance across accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, cost reporting, and audit evidence.
- Advise on commercial finance for business cases, transformation work, and strategic vendor or technology service arrangements.
- Improve management information, dashboards, and finance processes with Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Copilot.
Cerințe
- Experience partnering with operational, product, technology, and leadership teams on finance matters.
- Background in management accounting, including month-end close, journals, accruals, prepayments, allocations, reconciliations, and P&L review.
- Experience preparing monthly reporting packs, variance analysis, and commentary.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Experience managing headcount, contractor, cloud, technology, project, and other cost drivers.
- Knowledge of financial controls, governance, audit evidence, Group finance policies, and accounting standards.
- Experience providing commercial finance support for business cases, transformation initiatives, and strategic vendor or technology service arrangements.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Copilot.
