Partner with organizations to design workforce training for private wells and septic systems. Help shape rural partnerships, proposals, credentials, safety practices, and public-health competencies.
Descriere
- Represent a training provider, public-health agency, cooperative extension program, nonprofit, or employer serving well and septic professionals
- Collaborate on education and training programs for decentralized water workers
- Identify target regions, often rural, and map appropriate trainee pathways
- Help prepare partnership materials for joint proposals when agreed
- Provide guidance on field credentials, safety, and public-health competencies
Cerințe
- Hands-on experience delivering or supporting training or services for private wells, septic systems, or decentralized water
- An organizational affiliation that can host or co-deliver training
- Availability for a collaboration with a defined time period
- Authorization to work with a U.S. research organization
- Openness to either full-time employment or project-based contract work
- Ability to work remotely, with travel as partner activities and fieldwork require
- Connections to state onsite or wastewater certification programs (preferred)
- Reach within rural or tribal communities (preferred)
