- Analyze client processes in Sales, Procurement, Production or Supply Chain to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Create data models, dashboards and automations with Celonis and other process intelligence tools.
- Help clients design and implement process improvements.
- Lead workshops and explain findings in business terms.
- Take process intelligence and automation projects from raw system data through to measurable business improvements.
- Examine large volumes of orders, invoices or production steps to find lost time, tied-up funds and automation opportunities.
- Explain insights to clients and help translate them into value.
- Work with team leads and experienced colleagues who review your work and support your development.
Cerințe
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience; graduates with relevant internships or thesis work are welcome.
- Practical experience with SQL or a programming language such as Python or R.
- A structured, analytical approach.
- Ability to explain findings in business terms.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Some experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, UiPath or similar is preferred.
- Consulting or client-facing experience is preferred; internships count.
- Czech and/or German is preferred.
