Descriere

  • Help hospitals implement Bluesight’s SaaS products.
  • Gather, combine, and interpret data from multiple systems.
  • Identify and interpret relevant data from internal and external healthcare databases.
  • Build analyses using business intelligence tools.
  • Use Excel to validate, reconcile, quality-check, and analyze data from different systems.
  • Share findings and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Coordinate with implementation leads and customers to monitor progress, provide updates, and review data.
  • Extract data from multiple databases with SQL.
  • Create solutions that automate recurring reports through SFTP.
  • Retrieve data and resolve data issues to make the application easier for end users.
  • Write or maintain SQL, Python, and other scripts for file ingestion and automation.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of data analysis experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills and an interest in using it to solve complex problems and identify data trends.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Clear, timely communication with customers and colleagues across technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, with careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage several projects, balance priorities, and meet goals and deadlines.
  • Initiative, a record of achievement, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with effective teamwork and a focus on meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience on an operations team, particularly in an implementation-focused role.
  • Familiarity with installing or implementing SaaS products in client environments.
  • Knowledge of hospital EHR systems such as Epic, Oracle (Cerner), or MEDITECH.
  • Knowledge of hospital ADC systems such as PyxisES or Omnicell.
  • Experience coding in Python, Ruby, or another scripting language.
  • Experience with protected health information (PHI) and understanding of HIPAA.
