Descriere
- Work with users to define critical workflows and deliver the first usable product
- Create the Nua Score
- Design resilient data and system architecture spanning multiple external data sources
- Prioritize what to build immediately, defer, automate, or exclude from the product
- Collaborate directly with early customers and partners
- Grow a focused product and engineering team over time
- Build hands-on and help shape the product during the early months as a technical founder
Cerințe
- Background building data-intensive platforms, scoring tools, or comparison systems
- Strong backend and data architecture expertise, plus enough frontend experience to ship early product versions
- Prior founding experience, work as an early technical startup hire, or a comparable level of ownership
- Business-fluent German
- Professional English proficiency
- Experience working in the DACH market
- Construction Tech or PropTech experience, civil engineering or materials science expertise with LCA/EPD experience, or experience with comparison platforms or marketplaces is valuable but not required
