Descriere

  • Manage execution, performance, and growth for paid advertising campaigns across an assigned client portfolio
  • Collaborate with account leaders to shape channel strategy within the broader media mix
  • Run paid social and paid media campaigns across native advertising platforms
  • Develop and launch campaigns end to end across channels while meeting delivery timelines
  • Optimize campaigns to improve results against established goals
  • Manage client budgets, recommend adjustments, and maintain accurate pacing
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to reduce revenue-impacting errors
  • Deliver proactive strategic recommendations while identifying opportunities and risks
  • Maintain client testing roadmaps and coordinate next steps for experiments
  • Raise performance risks early and distinguish ordinary fluctuations from account-level concerns
  • Keep internal teams aligned on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items
  • Prepare weekly client updates covering performance insights and forward-looking recommendations
  • Own performance reporting and communicate campaign strategy
  • Use data to explain results and define clear next steps for clients and stakeholders
  • Apply AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes

Cerințe

  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
  • Two to three years of digital marketing experience
  • One to two years of experience working in an agency environment
  • At least two to three years of hands-on experience using two or more paid advertising channels
  • Experience with Google or Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, or other relevant paid advertising networks
  • Experience developing and optimizing campaigns, including bid management, keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign strategy, and ongoing optimization
  • Proficiency with Google or Microsoft Office productivity suites
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence presenting to and communicating with clients
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Interest in building a long-term relationship with a growing company
