Mercor is seeking a corporate M&A legal expert to review legal benchmark tasks, rubrics, and source documents. The role supports AI research and enterprise projects through specialized legal quality control.
Descriere
- Review published legal benchmark tasks in corporate M&A
- Adjudicate public commentary on task prompts and grading rubrics
- Conduct structural quality checks across prompts, rubrics, and attached source documents
- Review data-room red flags, diligence memoranda, disclosure schedules, and SPA-related tasks
- Collaborate on initiatives to train and improve AI systems
Cerințe
- Expertise in corporate M&A law
- Experience reviewing corporate M&A legal benchmark tasks
- Ability to adjudicate public commentary on task prompts and grading rubrics
- Ability to conduct structural quality control across prompts, rubrics, and attached source documents
- Experience reviewing data-room red flags, diligence memoranda, disclosure schedules, and SPA-related tasks
- Ability to review tasks containing 10–100 source documents
- Independent contractor status
- Must not require H-1B or STEM OPT support
