Descriere

  • Manage the publishing calendar across all platforms
  • Promote webinars from landing pages through marketing-channel communications
  • Develop short-form videos from concept and script to recording and basic editing
  • Represent the brand on camera across LinkedIn, the website, and advertising campaigns
  • Produce articles, e-books, reports, and case studies
  • Write persuasive copy for landing pages and product pages, then build them in HubSpot
  • Plan, write, and send newsletters and lead-nurturing campaigns in HubSpot
  • Manage and strategically develop social media profiles, primarily LinkedIn
  • Build an engaged community
  • Write advertising copy for platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Publish and optimize WordPress content according to SEO and GEO guidelines
  • Track trends and campaign performance, then improve content accordingly
  • Work closely with the team on product communications
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including CV and LinkedIn review, writing samples, a 60-second video introduction, online interviews, a practical assignment, and a final interview

Cerințe

  • At least 2–3 years of experience creating content and running B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce
  • Confidence on camera and the ability to script both short- and long-form video
  • A portfolio featuring written content, articles, short videos, LinkedIn posts, and email campaigns
  • Basic video-editing skills and familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Working knowledge of WordPress for publishing content and handling basic SEO
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent organization skills and experience coordinating complex content projects
  • A systematic approach to content creation and repurposing
  • Strong writing skills and flawless Polish
  • Very good English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and marketplaces such as Allegro or Amazon is an advantage
  • Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms is an advantage
  • Ability to create simple graphics in Figma and maintain visual consistency is an advantage
