Commercial Energy Auditor
Entry-level field role conducting commercial energy audits, efficiency installations, and verification visits for CLEAResult. Serves Oklahoma businesses with daily territory travel.
Descriere
- Travel daily across an assigned territory in a company-provided vehicle
- Perform entry-level energy audits at small and midsized commercial facilities
- Meet with commercial and industrial property owners and operators
- Install energy-efficiency improvements
- Complete pre- and post-installation checks and collect technical data
- Explain program offerings to customers and contractors, encourage participation, and answer basic questions
- Record inspections, installations, and customer interactions in line with program requirements
- Carry out physical on-site installations using basic tools
- Recognize, troubleshoot, and escalate basic technical or installation problems
- Serve customers in the field Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, with adjustments based on site and customer needs
Cerințe
- This is an entry-level position
- Experience in construction, facility maintenance, installation, or a related field
- Strong customer service skills
- Residence in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
- At least 21 years of age
- A valid driver’s license in the state of employment and a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and use power tools and ladders
- Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely use ladders and equipment with a maximum rated capacity of 300 pounds, including the employee, clothing, tools, and equipment
- Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment drug test
- Consent to a motor vehicle report and ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship
- Where applicable, compliance with DOT qualification requirements and transportation regulations
