  • Turn team discussions, early concepts, and company priorities into scripts with a clear story and direction.
  • Pitch commercials, scenes, hooks, and recurring social formats.
  • Create filmable scenes with settings, characters, actions, dialogue, and visual details.
  • Shape setups, reveals, comic beats, and emotional moments that keep viewers engaged.
  • Write natural dialogue, voiceovers, on-screen copy, and integrated product messaging.
  • Follow the CEO’s creative vision and incorporate feedback.
  • Guide scripts from initial draft through revisions and approval.
  • Identify locations, talent, props, and key actions, then coordinate practical shoot plans.
  • Prepare scripts, scene breakdowns, and production details for talent and crew.
  • Lead on-set work, direct talent, keep shoots on schedule, and coordinate with the videographer.
  • Adjust dialogue and scenes to fit production constraints while retaining the central idea.
  • Work with the videographer and editor during filming and post-production.
  • Review completed videos and performance feedback to inform future scripts.

Cerințe

  • Experience writing commercials, branded content, or social videos.
  • A portfolio of scripts and finished videos that clearly describes your contribution.
  • Experience writing full scenes, with strong character, dialogue, pacing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to create conversational content that feels natural rather than overly polished, forced, or rehearsed.
  • Ability to make product messaging engaging and easy to understand.
  • Ability to develop original concepts and build on ideas from others.
  • Experience carrying a script into production, identifying needs, and helping organize shoots.
  • Confidence directing talent on set and coordinating with crew.
  • Understanding of how scripts translate to filming and editing.
  • Practical judgment about when to add detail, simplify, or adapt as circumstances change.
  • Willingness to stay hands-on and help the team deliver the work.
  • Comfort receiving feedback, revising scripts, and following an established creative vision and brand voice.
  • Curiosity and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the company and its customers.
  • Strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple scripts, shoot preparations, and deadlines.
