Design site development and infrastructure projects at Michael Baker International. Support engineering analyses, permitting, construction documents, and project delivery.
Descriere
- Develop civil engineering designs and plans for site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
- Complete engineering calculations and technical analyses, and prepare supporting design documentation.
- Support project delivery from concept design through construction.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Attend stakeholder meetings, design reviews, and project coordination meetings.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.
- Assist with permitting and entitlement work as needed.
- Support construction phase services by responding to contractor questions and reviewing submittals.
- Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Cerințe
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Three to five years of related civil engineering experience.
- Engineer-in-Training certification, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
- Experience with land development projects.
- Site grading and earthwork design skills.
- Utility design experience.
- Stormwater management and drainage design experience.
- Hydrology and hydraulic calculation skills.
- Experience preparing construction plans and details.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with local and state permitting processes.
- Progress toward Professional Engineer licensure.
