- Lead the digital and media transformation of Havas Village Italy.
- Set the Village’s digital and media vision and drive its adoption.
- Integrate media, content, data, technology, and customer experience across the organization.
- Identify digital innovation and transformation opportunities for clients and prospects.
- Advise the CEO and Leadership Team on strategic priorities and digital, media, and technology investments.
- Develop new digital offerings, services, and capabilities while supporting pitches and business development.
- Expand performance marketing, commerce, and retail media while enabling upselling and cross-selling.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients on digital media and performance marketing.
- Oversee biddable media activation across search, social, programmatic, retail media, and ad operations.
- Accelerate the use of AI and automation throughout media processes.
- Strengthen collaboration and capability development across Media, Creative, Data, CX, and Technology teams.
- Represent Havas Village Italy through events, conferences, industry associations, universities, and media.

- At least 15 years of leadership experience across digital, media, marketing, and business transformation.
- Proven ability to develop integrated strategies spanning media, creativity, data, technology, and customer experience.
