Campaign Director, Poland (Remote)

Lead CitizenGO’s Polish and global advocacy campaigns, mobilizing supporters and shaping public debate through digital and in-person action.

Descriere

  • Research and lead national and global campaigns.
  • Track local and international events to spot timely campaign opportunities.
  • Work with experts on campaign strategy, policy, and messaging.
  • Write, proofread, and edit campaign emails and marketing communications.
  • Create and refine AI prompts for emails and other written content.
  • Source supporting materials from the press, NGOs, and other credible sources.
  • Email supporters with campaign updates and results.
  • Plan and coordinate offline actions, including advertising and public petition deliveries.
  • Coordinate Polish-language materials, briefings, press releases, and research documents.
  • Take part in public speaking and media activities.
  • Build social media relationships with influencers, journalists, and activists.
  • Translate global campaigns and emails from English into Polish.
  • Manage member correspondence, polls, and feedback processes.
  • Contribute to organizational strategy, recruitment, team building, management, and special projects.
  • Form coalitions with like-minded organizations.
  • Advise Media Campaigners on offline events and performances, and lead actions when needed.
  • Review and support petitions on the CitizenGO Petitions website.
  • Monitor website functionality and the accuracy of Polish-language content.
  • Train and support a Campaign Associate, manage list strategy, and strengthen growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Develop AI workflows and manage AI agents to increase output and quality.
  • Report to the Manager of Global Campaigns.

Cerințe

  • Based in Poland.
  • Polish is your first language.
  • Available to travel for on-site events once a month.
  • English proficiency at least at B2 level; non-native speakers must submit the Duolingo English Test with a minimum score of 100.
  • Spanish or other languages are an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic about software tools, with broad experience and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and innovative thinking.
  • Able to analyze socio-political scenarios, develop complex ideas, and communicate them clearly.
  • Solid understanding of civic advocacy, citizen mobilization, and grassroots campaigning.
  • Passionate about defending life, family, and freedom.
  • Professional, self-motivated, efficient, and focused on delivering results, including on short timelines.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable in a highly collaborative, hierarchical team structure.
  • Strong project and staff management skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing conditions and requirements.
  • Able to work independently across varied tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative.
  • Strong computer skills at user level.
  • Google Workspace experience preferred.
  • CRM and project management tool experience is an advantage.
  • Flexible schedule, including evening and weekend availability and occasional travel.
  • Previous copywriting and marketing content experience is an advantage.
  • Experience using AI tools to produce emails, communications, and other written materials is an advantage.
