Descriere

  • Prepare recurring reports for executives and explain the factors driving business metrics.
  • Translate business questions into structured analysis of membership, retention, and ancillary services.
  • Conduct focused analyses of membership, retention, and ancillary performance.
  • Investigate unusual results to identify their underlying causes.
  • Help develop reliable reporting infrastructure with internal, third-party, and market data.
  • Prepare member data for analysis and executive use.
  • Work with engineering and data colleagues to validate source data.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy model development.
  • Contribute to real estate site-scoring model development.
  • Create local agentic workflows to speed up analytical work.
  • Review and correct inaccurate AI outputs before they reach executives.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and leadership-directed initiatives.
  • Support daily and recurring executive reporting

Cerințe

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Two to five years of experience in insights, analytics, FP&A, or consulting.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Working fluency with at least one BI or reporting platform: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Domo.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and agentic tools, and curiosity about using them to accelerate analytical work.
  • Sound judgment when validating and challenging AI-generated outputs.
  • Ability to explain analytical methods and turn complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and asking effective questions.
  • Ability to investigate unusual figures and identify root causes.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must live locally and be able to commute to the New York, NY location.
