Business Immigration Legal Writer (California, Remote)
Prepare O, EB-1, and NIW immigration petitions and complex RFE responses for corporate visa matters. Conduct legal research, develop persuasive case materials, organize filings, and support client communications.
Descriere
- Gather and review documents submitted by petitioners
- Research relevant case facts online
- Complete case forms using information provided by petitioners
- Write detailed, persuasive case materials, including support letters and complex RFE responses
- Organize case exhibits efficiently
- Combine exhibits and case documents into a complete file for printing and submission by the in-office administrative support team
- Record information accurately and consistently in internal data management systems
- Assist senior team members with drafting and sending client communications about visa instructions, approval notices, and welcome packages
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree and a strong academic record
- Three to five years of business immigration experience, including NIW case writing and complex RFE responses
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to write effectively
- Strong organizational, process-management, and computer skills
- Resume, cover letter, and a brief writing sample
