Business Analyst, Investor Services (Onsite)

Business Analyst supporting institutional investor portfolio analysis, capital pipeline management, and growth planning for JLL’s investor services business. The role produces executive reporting and client-facing insights across U.S. markets.

Descriere

  • Assess institutional investor portfolios to uncover opportunities for JLL services across asset classes and markets.
  • Develop and maintain capital execution pipeline tracking for all markets.
  • Coordinate pipeline updates with local market leaders and external partner teams.
  • Prepare business intelligence reports for existing and prospective investor clients.
  • Convert complex data into client presentations and internal strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee revenue reporting, opportunity entry, conversion monitoring, and work authorization completion with JBS teams.
  • Manage contract follow-up with Legal, schedule stakeholder meetings, and support sales enablement initiatives.
  • Maintain SharePoint content and refresh marketing and training materials.
  • Develop case studies and support new-hire onboarding and systems training.
  • Connect the national platform with local market leaders to share pipeline progress and expansion opportunities.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or client-facing coordination within commercial real estate, financial services, or professional services.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and use multiple internal systems for pipeline reporting and tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to structure complex portfolio data and create executive reports and presentations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance priorities across stakeholders, markets, and deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional groups.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
