Backend Software Developer (PHP and Laravel)
Senior backend engineer building Laravel APIs and multi-tenant SaaS features for Insider One’s AI-powered marketing platform. Improve service scalability, code quality, databases, and production reliability.
Descriere
- Build and maintain scalable Laravel services and REST APIs in a modular monolith.
- Develop multi-tenant SaaS features with tenant-aware functionality and data isolation.
- Write tested, maintainable code guided by Domain-Driven Design.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve existing ones.
- Review code and uphold high quality standards.
- Use PHPStan, Rector, Pint, and comparable code quality tools.
- Improve database queries and implement Redis caching.
- Investigate and resolve production issues.
- Help maintain technical documentation and inform architectural decisions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Build web products for Insider One’s marketing and customer engagement platform using PHP and Go or Node.js.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least three years of software development experience.
- Strong practical experience with Laravel, which is required.
- Sound PHP knowledge, including modern practices, PHP 8.x features, strict types, and readonly classes.
- Experience with package-based development, modular monoliths, and Domain-Driven Design patterns.
- Working knowledge of MySQL and Redis.
- Proficiency with Git workflows, including branching, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with PHPStan, Rector, or similar static analysis and code quality tools.
- Experience contributing to large-scale projects and working with technical teams.
- English skills sufficient to read and understand technical documentation.
- Symfony familiarity is an advantage.
- Experience with Elasticsearch or other NoSQL technologies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor is a plus.
- Practical AWS experience, such as EC2, S3, or SQS, is a plus.
- Experience with Docker and containerized development environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Vue.js or another modern frontend framework is a plus.
- Interest in or exposure to Go is a plus.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture is a plus.
- Familiarity with Laravel Horizon or Redis queues is a plus.
